Pioneering Offshore Natural Gas Cooling Technology for a Leading Energy Company

In a landmark collaboration, Hangzhou Shenshi Energy Conservation Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenshi) and a leading state-owned energy group have successfully developed and delivered the first domestically produced large-scale, high-efficiency compact wet natural gas cooler (PCHE). The unit was officially delivered after passing rigorous inspection and certification by a national classification society, a critical milestone for China's domestic energy equipment manufacturing.

Deployment on Central Processing Platform in East China Sea

At the end of 2021, this advanced PCHE was installed on the central processing platform in a gas field operated by a major offshore oil and gas company in the East China Sea. This deployment in a demanding offshore environment demonstrates the robustness and reliability of Shenshi's PCHE technology, which is specifically designed to handle the high-pressure and corrosive conditions typical of wet natural gas processing.

Achieving Mass Production for Offshore Engineering
