Overview of the East China Sea West Lake Region Natural Gas Transmission and Terminal Facilities Capacity Improvement Project
According to the East China Sea regional production planning forecast, natural gas production will increase to 7 billion cubic meters in 2025-2026 and maintain long-term stable production. In order to improve the annual pipeline transmission capacity of the West Lake region, it is necessary to build the "West Lake Regional Natural Gas Transmission and Terminal Facilities Capacity Improvement Project", through the construction of a new natural gas booster platform (DH BOP platform), the submarine gas transmission pipeline from the HY1-1CEP platform to the TWT-CEP platform, and the expansion of the Ningbo terminal, to solve the transmission bottleneck and ensure the full release of the 7 billion cubic meters of production capacity and safe production operation.

The natural gas extracted from offshore oil and gas platforms needs to be pressurized before it can be efficiently and safely transported to land terminals through submarine pipelines. After pressurization, the temperature of natural gas often exceeds 120°C, which is much higher than the temperature that the submarine pipeline can withstand. Shenshi Technology PCHE can quickly cool high-temperature natural gas to 40~45°C, providing a guarantee for long-distance submarine pipeline transportation.
