Description
Ice Slurry Heat Exchanger
The fluid ice slurry crystals are very small, smooth and round, and they enter every corner of the product to be cooled. This allows for fastest heat transfer, immediate and uniform cooling of the product and prevents the formation of potentially harmful bacteria, enzyme reaction and discoloration. Liquid ice slurry maintains peak product freshness for longer periods. The refrigeration and heat exchange capacity is strong, the reliability is high, and it is used as the condenser in the fluid ice slurry system.

Working principle
The working principle of the tubular heat exchanger in the fluid ice slurry system is based on the basic principle of heat transfer, i.e. heat exchange through two different temperature fluids without mixing. In systems involving ice slurries, this process usually involves removing heat from one fluid, causing the moisture in that fluid to partially freeze to form ice slurries, or using ice slurries as a cooling medium to absorb heat from another fluid.
